Structural Steel Fabrication/Production Engineer

We are a leading steel fabrication company specializing in high-quality structural steel solutions for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Steel Production Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the fabrication workshop.
• Review fabrication drawings and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, resources, and manpower to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and quality departments to resolve any technical issues.
• Implement and maintain safety standards in the production area.
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize waste.
• Assist in continuous improvement of production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, steel structures, and welding processes.
• Familiarity with fabrication drawings, standards (e.g., AWS, ASTM, AISC), and quality control procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and production management software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
