Plastic Operations Manager

We are currently looking for a “Plastic Operations Manager” to join our team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Material and Metallurgical Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 10 years of experience in the Production Department in the automotive industry, with 4 years of this experience as a team manager.
• Two years of experience in production control and planning coordination in project management,
• Knowledgeable about the automotive industry,
• Experienced in LEAN Managment ,waste elimination , 6 Sigma , etc.
• Experienced in plastic injection production, plastic injection machines and processes.
• A good team player, capable of problem solving, result oriented,
• Having information about IAFT 16949 and QDMS quality system,
• Experienced in SAP ERP programme, implementation process and SCADA application,
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Good command of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present the annual budget of the production,
• Lead new projects and automation activities related to increased capacity,
• Carry out cost-reducing activities of production, to ensure that the cost of production is reduced in line with the targets,
• Establishing the production organizational structure and ensuring coordination between units, ensuring the harmonious operation of units,
• Ensure that performance measurements of actions in production are carried out to plan continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of production activities, planning the necessary machinery and equipment, and presenting this to senior management,
• Having customer complaints examined, to ensure that the reasons for non-compliance are identified and to determine the measures to be taken to prevent recurrence,
• Conduct annual performance evaluations of affiliated personnel according to specified criteria and methods, and share the results with relevant units.
• Monitor the technological developments in the field of activity and to ensure the adaptation of the appropriate ones to the factory.
• Follow up the maintenance activities for all the machinery and equipment in the production, to ensure that they are carried out regularly and on time.
• Ensure that the production efficiency is increased.
• Ensure that the customer orders coming to the factory are produced in the desired quality, time and at low cost.
