Plastic Recycling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Recycling Machine Operator to manage and maintain machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
• Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs.
• Inspect and test finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
• Record and maintain production and operational data.

Compensation:

• Salary ranges from AED 1,600 to 1,800 per month.
• Additional benefits may include shared accommodation, health insurance, overtime pay, and safety gear.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator.
• Experience in a plastic manufacturing company
• Demonstrable ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
• Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as a Machine Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
