Plastic Surgeon - Part Time

Job Responsibilities – Part-Time Plastic Surgeon (On Sharing Basis)

Zia Medical Center – Dubai

Clinical Assessment & Consultation

• Conduct detailed patient consultations to assess medical history, aesthetic goals, and surgical needs.
• Evaluate and diagnose conditions requiring reconstructive or cosmetic plastic surgery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients, ensuring realistic expectations and safe outcomes.

Surgical Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
• Facial and body contouring surgeries
• Breast augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction
• Scar revision, wound repair, and minor reconstructive procedures
• Ensure all surgical procedures adhere to the highest standards of patient safety, hygiene, and ethical practice.

Non-Surgical Procedures

• Provide minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, such as:
• Injectable procedures (Botox, dermal fillers)
• Laser treatments and chemical peels
• Skin tightening and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures

Patient Care & Follow-Up

• Monitor patients pre- and post-operatively, providing guidance on recovery, wound care, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Educate patients about procedure risks, benefits, and post-operative care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage complications promptly and coordinate with other specialists when required.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and treatment plans.
• Ensure full compliance with clinic policies, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, and medical ethics.
• Obtain informed consent prior to all procedures.

Collaboration & Professionalism

• Coordinate with clinic staff, nurses, and administrative teams to provide seamless patient care.
• Participate in case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct, patient confidentiality, and high standards of care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
