Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and detailed technical sales presentations to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and clinic staff to showcase the benefits of our surgical and non-surgical solutions
  • Manage key accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored product recommendations
  • Lead B2B sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing sales with healthcare providers
  • Provide comprehensive product training and demos to medical professionals to ensure they are well-informed about our offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and organize educational events or seminars for clients
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to optimize strategies and achieve targets effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, particularly within the plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine field
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to foster lasting client relationships
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management with a focus on B2B environments
  • Proficiency in conducting product demos and technical presentations tailored to healthcare professionals
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow-up activities efficiently
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs for strategic planning
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and leadership qualities
