Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For

As a Plate Maker, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our products to life by preparing and producing high-quality printing plates for production. You'll operate and maintain our Heidelberg Suprasetter Kodak Magnus 400 platesetter. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and seeing the results of their work every day. From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process

• Review and follow job tickets to ensure every project meets customer specifications and deadlines
• Track production time and materials by entering accurate data into company systems
• Operate safely and follow established production procedures to keep workflow moving efficiently
• Communicate with team members to trouble shoot issues
• Maintain a detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality production standards are met consistently
• Step in where needed, including overtime opportunities, to help the team deliver on schedule

The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Basic mathematical skills including percentages, weights, and measurements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining company equipment and work areas

Your Production Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Overtime may be required
