Platform Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team and support the development, deployment, and scaling of our General Admin (GA) product, built on a low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in platform engineering, DevOps practices, automation, and low-code integration, ensuring that our product is secure, reliable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for the GA low-code product.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the platform.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to deploy features and automate workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive issue detection.
• Optimize cloud resource usage and cost efficiency.
• Manage platform security, compliance, and data protection standards.
• Integrate low-code applications with APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide support for deployment and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, Appian, Retool, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise admin systems (HR, Finance, Operations, Compliance).
• Familiarity with SaaS product deployment at scale.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
