Senior System Engineer

Tekboox US base IT company looking to hire skilled and experienced Senior System Engineer (HYBRID)to provide advanced technical support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT systems, networking, security, and backup infrastructure, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and supporting continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect and design IT infrastructure solutions from the ground up across a broad range of technologies.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain systems including:
• Windows Servers & Networking
• Office 365 / Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• VMWare
• Apple MacOS and iOS Environments
• Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi Enterprise Wireless
• Dell PowerEdge Servers
• Sophos XG Firewall and Central Endpoint/Server
• Azure Administration and Microsoft Cloud Solutions
• Backup Solutions (Veeam, Datto, etc.)
• Email Security (IronScale)
• APC UPS Systems with PowerChute Business Edition

• Provide high-level support for complex IT issues, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Document and maintain configuration standards, SOPs, and processes for internal use and client knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
• Support and manage third-party application integrations, including unfamiliar platforms through rapid learning and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
4to5 years professional experience to working with International MSP as a service provider

Certifications and/or advanced expertise in relevant platforms (e.g., VMWare, Microsoft, Sophos, Cisco).

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and backup/recovery solutions.
Must have extensive experience using Ticketing System

Graduation in relevant field
Excellent English Communication(IELTS Certification Plus Point)

Job Type: Hybrid (2 days remote work, 3 days onsite)
