Kids & Coffee is a family-friendly play space where little ones explore, create, and connect while parents actually get to finish their coffee. We're a growing startup with relaxed vibes, genuine community spirit, and a playground that's always buzzing with energy.

The Role

We're looking for enthusiastic Play Coaches who love working with kids and want to make families' days better. This isn't your typical "stand around and supervise" gig—you'll be jumping into bubble dance parties, leading parachute games, setting up art stations, and creating those magical moments that kids talk about all week.

What You'll Do

• Hang out on the playground with families and make sure everyone's having an awesome time
• Lead fun activities like arts & crafts, parachute play, bubble dance parties, and whatever creative ideas you bring to the table
• Keep our space clean, organized, and welcoming
• Maintain a safe, sanitized environment where families feel comfortable
• Help keep our storage and play areas organized so everything runs smoothly

You'll Love This Job If You:

• Get energized by being around kids and families
• Have past experience as a camp counselor, sports coach, or working with children
• Are studying education or child development (this is perfect for getting hands-on experience!)
• Can think on your feet and bring creative ideas to playtime
• Don't mind getting a little messy in the name of fun

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children (camp, coaching, tutoring, childcare, etc.)
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with kids
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a lively environment
• Team player who jumps in wherever needed

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience teaching art or leading creative projects with kids
• You have experience teaching sports
• You have other skills that you could teach to children
