Playschool Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and creative After-School Teacher to join our team. The role involves engaging with children after regular playschool hours, implementing structured evening activities, assisting after-schoolers with homework, preparing for celebrations, and ensuring timely communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and take care of assigned children during after-school hours (1:30 PM – 7:30 PM).
• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging evening activities (indoor/outdoor, art, craft, games, etc.).
• Provide homework support and academic assistance to after-school children.
• Share daily mobile updates with parents through our app, ensuring transparent communication.
• Prepare for events, festivals, and celebrations with creative art & craft activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children.
• Coordinate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ Diploma in Early Childhood Education or relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching/after-school care/childcare will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Creative, energetic, and patient with children.
• Ability to plan engaging activities and support learning.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps for parent updates.

Work Hours:

1:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

9:00 AM - 3:00 AM (Alternate Saturdays)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week

Work Location: In person
