We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems. The role involves working closely with the electrical and mechanical teams to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and support of automated machinery and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PLC programs using Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, or other PLC platforms.
  • Create and modify HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens for system operation and monitoring.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control systems during development and commissioning.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including wiring diagrams, logic flowcharts, and program backups.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate automation solutions.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support during installation and service.
  • Ensure systems comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Train maintenance personnel on system operation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • Proven experience in PLC programming, automation systems, and control panel integration.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron).
  • Strong understanding of industrial sensors, drives, SCADA systems, and communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Willingness to travel for project installation and commissioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
