PLC Programmer – Production Department (FMCG / Food Industry)

We are a leading FMCG Food Manufacturing Company, producing sauces, jams, mayonnaise, and other innovative food products. To support our growing operations, we are hiring an experienced PLC Programmer for our Production Department to manage and optimize our automated packing and processing systems.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Programmer with strong expertise in food processing and packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing production automation systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and minimal wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, configure, and optimize PLC-based production & packing systems.
• Operate and maintain multi-head weighers, filling, and packing machinery.
• Ensure smooth integration of PLC with food production lines.
• Troubleshoot errors and resolve downtime issues quickly.
• Train and guide the technical/maintenance team to handle PLC operations.
• Maintain documentation of PLC logic, changes, and updates.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a PLC Programmer in FMCG / Food Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar PLC systems.
• Hands-on experience with automatic packing systems & multi-head weighers.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
