Position Overview
The PLM Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current PLM processes and workflows
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM system requirements
- Support PLM software configuration and implementation
- Develop and maintain PLM system documentation
- Conduct user training and provide technical support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in PLM or product development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., ARAS, Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
