PLM Business Analyst

Role Overview

Brunswick Corporation is looking for a proactive PLM Business Analyst to drive large-scale PLM implementation program across its Enterprise IT Organization. This role drives strategic PLM projects spanning multiple divisions, with a strong focus on user adoption, organizational change management, and delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all phases of implementation.

The hiring range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
