PLMBING ENGINEER

POSITION: PLUMBING ENGINEER

l Reef Project LLC is looking for an 10+ Years experienced Plumbing Engineer to oversee plumbing systems, water supply, drainage networks, Storm motor, pump rooms, waste water and all related MEP works. The candidate must have strong site experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare calculations for pipe sizing, pump selection, and water demand requirements.
• Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil teams, consultants, and subcontractors for work progress and approvals.
• Inspect completed installations and resolve technical or design-related issues.
• Ensure all plumbing works meet UAE codes, municipality requirements, and safety standards.
• Prepare AS-BUILT drawings and documentation.
• Verify quantities and assist in BOQ and cost estimation.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Plumbing Engineering or related field is mandatory.
• Minimum 10+ years UAE experience in plumbing and drainage projects.
• Strong knowledge of water supply systems, drainage layouts, pump rooms, valves, fittings, and MEP coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design review.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE Driving License.
• Experience in high-rise, villa, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ADDC / ADM / civil defense requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
