PL/SQL Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional for the role of AMLOCK - MS - BAB based in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in production support and PLSQL. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation and support of our production systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive production support for AMLOCK systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
• Develop and maintain PLSQL scripts to support various business processes and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Document and communicate issues, resolutions, and process improvements to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.

Expected Outcomes :

• Ensure 99.9% uptime for production systems through proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support.
• Deliver accurate and efficient PLSQL scripts that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all support activities and technical solutions.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in production support and PLSQL development.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with AMLOCK systems is a plus.
