Plumber

Job Purpose:

The Plumber performs installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on plumbing, irrigation and drainage systems.

Reports To:

• FM Supervisor / Engineer

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Installs, repairs, or replaces general plumbing components i toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs, and drains.
• Installs repairs or replaces domestic hot/cold water and irrigation lines.
• Installs, repairs, or replaces domestic hot water heat exchangers.
• Repairs and replaces domestic hot water heat pumps, chilled water pumps, sump pumps, sewage, and irrigation pumps.
• Troubleshoots and repaired potable water, irrigation water, and drainage distribution systems.
• Carries out planned preventative maintenance / chemical dosing/backwashing of swimming pools.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Vocational training in plumbing.

Prerequisite Experience /Competence:

• 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in the English language.
• Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to the plumbing trade.

Pay: ﷼1,400.00 - ﷼1,500.00 per month
