Plumber

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and sewage systems in trailers and portacabins.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing schematics.
• Fit and secure pipes using welding equipment, brackets, clamps, and other tools.
• Install water tanks, heaters, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality.
• Repair or replace broken or leaking pipes, fixtures, or fittings.
• Work collaboratively with fabrication and electrical teams to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems.
• Ensure installations comply with industry standards and local plumbing codes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a manufacturing or modular construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with both PPR, PVC, copper, and flexible piping systems.
• Knowledge of local plumbing regulations and safety standards.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
