Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising plumbing works on-site, ensuring quality and timely completion of all plumbing installations, testing, and commissioning in accordance with project specifications and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing works on construction site.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Oversee installation of pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA plumbing standards.
• Conduct inspections and testing for leaks and pressure as required.
• Maintain material control and ensure proper tool usage on site.
• Manage and guide a team of plumbers and helpers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE/Gulf experience as a Plumbing Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems in residential/commercial high-rise buildings.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local codes and safety regulations.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
