General Plumbing Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform troubleshooting for leaks, blockages, low pressure, and faulty plumbing components.
• Repair and replace faucets, valves, pumps, water heaters, PPR pipes, PVC, copper, and GI lines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for pipelines, pumps, and plumbing equipment.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, technical diagrams, and site plans.
• Install kitchen and bathroom fittings: washbasins, WCs, mixers, showers, bidets, and water tanks.
• Diagnose and repair sewage line issues and clear blockages using proper tools.

Skills

• PPR welding, brazing, pipe fitting, threading
• Pump installation & maintenance
• Water tank cleaning & pipeline disinfection
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality & UAE MEP standards
