Plumber

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks or blockages.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, electricians, and HVAC technicians.
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet safety and building codes.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and perform timely repairs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems.
• Keep records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
• Recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber.
• Relevant plumbing certification or license (as required by local regulations).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call shifts when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [residential/commercial/hospitality/co-working spaces – modify as needed].
• Additional certifications in welding or HVAC is a plus.
• Knowledge of green plumbing practices is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
