Plumber

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Plumber is responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems to ensure proper sanitation and uninterrupted water services within the facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair water pipelines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Detect and fix leakages, blockages, and plumbing faults.
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent plumbing issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of washrooms and water supply systems.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Technical certification or diploma in Plumbing preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in plumbing maintenance and installation.
• Practical knowledge of water supply systems, drainage lines, sanitary fittings, and
• water tanks.
• Ability to detect and repair leaks, blockages, and pipe damages efficiently.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and routine inspection of plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency repair situations.
