<Job Overview>
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards and client specifications while contributing to the smooth operation of construction projects.

<Responsibilities>

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools on construction sites.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure leak-proof connections.
• Conduct remodeling projects that involve plumbing components, including fixtures and piping systems.
• Assist with HVAC system installations when required, applying mechanical knowledge to support integrated building systems.
• Lift heavy materials safely during construction activities while adhering to safety protocols.
• Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.

<Skills>

• Strong construction site experience with a focus on construction plumbing projects.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Mechanical knowledge related to piping systems, pipe threading, welding, and assembly techniques.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with remodeling or handyman tasks involving plumbing or carpentry work.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial driving is a plus but not required.
