Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing work meets safety standards, adheres to blueprints, and aligns with project specifications. Duties

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install and repair plumbing systems.
• Install pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
• Conduct welding and assembly tasks for plumbing components as needed on-site.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction activities.
• Read and apply schematics related to HVAC systems and mechanical layouts for integrated building solutions.
• Utilize carpentry skills for framing or supporting plumbing infrastructure during remodeling or new builds.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently, performing repairs or replacements while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used on each project site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and general mechanical principles is highly desirable.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various construction environments comfortably.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
• Familiarity with construction site procedures, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks is a plus.
