Plumber

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Remodel and install bathroom vanity's connecting parts, tubs, toilets, kitchen sinks, etc.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to identify issues.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
• Conduct heavy lifting as required for installations and repairs.
• Weld pipes and fittings as necessary for various plumbing applications.

Experience

• Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
• Experience with HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.
• Strong maintenance person skills with the capability to perform various repair tasks beyond plumbing.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment safely.
