Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years with plumbing
• Tools: Bring your own
• Transportation: Reliable truck, van, or SUV, with valid auto insurance
• License: Valid Driver’s License
• Handyman Skills: Preferred experience in general maintenance
• Language: Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Location: Reside near San Fernando Valley. Work is mainly in SF Valley, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, & surrounding areas
• Physical Ability: Lift 50lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel, & climb ladders in varied conditions
• Background Check: Required
• Electrical experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Comfortability with working on residential roofs - REQUIRED
• Install plumbing/pipes on homes/roofs
• Deliver excellent customer service
