What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Perform drain cleaning and maintenance services
• Handle both simple and complex service calls efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
• Identify materials needed for projects
• Keep your company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and in great condition

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed plumber or 1+ year of verifiable plumbing experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude

What You’ll Earn

• $23/hour during training (1–3 months)
• Transition to commission pay once you’re producing above the hourly rate — the harder you work, the more you earn!
• 1st-year techs: $45,000–$65,000+
• 2nd-year techs: $55,000–$75,000+
