Plumber Technician

Job description:

The plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures & quality standards. He should have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or plumbing certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, and sanitation).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
• Fit and repair piping systems, fixtures (sinks, toilet and showers), and appliances.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing tools, parts, and equipment.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors when needed.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
