Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment on various construction sites.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
• Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly to ensure secure connections in both commercial and residential settings.
• Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems with precision.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems, pipe leaks, or blockages efficiently.
• Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols during construction or renovation projects.
• Assist with schematics interpretation and mechanical system integration to support complex installations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation, repair, and remodeling work on construction sites.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, HVAC systems, and mechanical components related to plumbing.
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions for installation or repairs.
• Good basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
• Prior experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile project support.
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required on construction or remodeling sites.
