Plumbing AutoCAD Draughtsman

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is urgently hiring a skilled Plumbing AutoCAD Draughtsman for our ongoing MEP projects in Dubai. We are seeking candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings, schematics, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD
• Create accurate layout drawings for water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems
• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines (mechanical, electrical) for clash-free drawing development
• Interpret design drawings and MEP specifications to create precise 2D drafts
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications, UAE codes, and company standards
• Revise drawings based on engineer/consultant feedback and site conditions

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Draughtsman (UAE or GCC experience preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting for MEP services)
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, UAE regulations, and material standards
• Experience in site coordination and red-line markups
• Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
