Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Design Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing system design and execution for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and ensuring proper installation of plumbing systems that comply with safety, quality, and building standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare plumbing layouts, drawings, and schematics as per project requirements.
• Calculate pipe sizing, water supply, drainage, and venting systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure plumbing designs adhere to local codes and standards.
• Prepare material lists, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation matches the approved design.
• Troubleshoot design and site-related plumbing issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in plumbing design for construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
• Knowledge of IS codes, local building codes, and plumbing standards.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
