Plumbing Designer Technician I

Job Summary
The Revit Modeler will prepare detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings of single and multi-family buildings. Will work with all different departments (civil mechanical, plumbing, estimating, etc.) required to build quality products.

Essential Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned

· Develop BIM models utilizing Revit to create plans

· Create and manage ductwork and pipe systems including equipment schedules

· Update Revit models

· Export Revit into AutoCAD

Skills

· 1 year experience in Revit

· 1 year construction

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

· Working knowledge of AutoCad skills

· Dependable and responsible who can take direction and work with little supervision

· Excellent communication and group presentation skills

· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

· Ability to learn technical material

· The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.

· Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
