Plumbing Dispatcher/CSR

Trident Plumbing & Drain is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Plumbing Dispatcher/CSR to join our customer-focused, team-driven family. This role is vital to keeping our daily operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.

As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and supervisors. You’ll evaluate incoming service requests, determine urgency, and match each job with the right technician—helping us deliver exceptional service every time. What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate all service and maintenance calls for internal and external customers
• Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch daily service calls to maximize efficiency
• Assign the appropriate technicians to each job based on skillset, availability, and urgency
• Assess customer concerns and determine the best course of action using sound judgment and discretion
• Maintain consistent communication with technicians and supervisors regarding schedule changes or field issues
• Collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours and weekend customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• No prior dispatching experience required (paid training provided)
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
• Plumbing or home service industry experience is a plus
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent follow-through
• Self-motivated, flexible, and positive team player
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
