Plumbing Draftsman

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create plumbing drawings and schematics for both residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare layouts for plumbing and drainage systems across various projects.
• Develop plumbing installation specifications and compile materials lists for residential and commercial projects.
• Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Update existing drawings as necessary to reflect changes in design or project scope.
• Collaborate with other drafters to ensure the accuracy of plumbing drawings.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Plumbing Draftsman in a contracting company.
• Relevant experience, especially in the GCC region, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
