Plumbing Engineer

Plumbing Engineer with extensive experience in Hospital and High Riser projects.

• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to align plumbing designs accordingly.
• Attend project coordination meetings and site inspections.
• Select appropriate materials (pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, etc.) based on system requirements and environmental conditions.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.
• Oversee plumbing installation at site to ensure quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and testing (e.g., pressure testing, leak testing).
• Identify and resolve design or site execution issues related to plumbing systems.
• Provide technical support to the construction and maintenance teams.
