Plumbing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Engineer to manage and supervise plumbing works at construction sites in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, inspection, and coordination of all plumbing and drainage systems in compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations.

Importance Notice :

- Should be available at UAE - United Arab Emirates

- Experience should be in construction industry

- Immediate Joiners preferred not notice period

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plumbing design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Supervise installation of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, storm water, sewerage, and firefighting piping.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP teams.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Manage subcontractors and site supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and site safety requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in plumbing works, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant MEP software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems and pumping stations.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
