A Plumbing Site Execution Engineer manages the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities for Site Execution:

  • Project Execution & Supervision: Lead on-site installation of water supply, sewage, and drainage systems, ensuring alignment with Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings and specifications.
  • Quality Control & Inspection: Perform inspections, prepare material submittals, and ensure all materials used are approved.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Conduct pressure testing, leakage tests, and final commissioning of plumbing fixtures and pumps.
  • Coordination & Planning: Coordinate with other trades (MEP), monitor subcontractor work, and plan resource/manpower requirements to meet project targets.
  • Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), update As-Built drawings, and manage RFI (Request for Information) processes.
  • Safety Adherence: Ensure all plumbing work complies with health and safety (HSE) regulations. Oracle +5

Required Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in plumbing codes, piping materials, and hydraulic systems.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Proficient in reading shop drawings, schematics, and layouts.
  • Tools: Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing reviews and MS Office for reporting.
  • Site Management: Strong leadership to manage labor and subcontractor performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
