Plumbing Engineer

Job Title: Plumbing Site Engineer / Supervisor

Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates)

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Plumbing Professional to oversee site execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure the seamless delivery of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive UAE-based experience and the technical expertise to handle projects from material takeoff to final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Coordination: Lead day-to-day plumbing operations, ensuring all installations align with approved shop drawings and project timelines. Coordinate effectively with other MEP trades and civil teams.

Team & Subcontractor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the site team and subcontractors. Supervise workmanship quality and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Liaison & Communication: Manage relationships with consultants, clients, and local authorities to ensure project compliance and smooth progress.

Material Management: Perform accurate Material Take-offs (MTO), raise purchase requisitions, and maintain rigorous follow-ups with suppliers to prevent project delays.

Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the final stages of the project, including pressure testing, system flushing, and full commissioning of plumbing equipment and networks.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with diverse plumbing systems, pumps, and water treatment equipment.

Experience: Mandatory UAE experience in a similar role within the construction or MEP sector.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and "liaisoning" skills to bridge the gap between the office and the field.

Age Profile: Preferred candidates will be between 25 and 35 years old to match the energetic demands of site coordination.
