Plumbing Foreman

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our construction team. The Candidate should Have worked as Plumbing Foreman on High Rise Building will be Preferred. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing plumbing works on commercial, Fit-out and residential projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should Review and can Understand drawings and coordinate with other MEP trades to avoid clashes.
• Supervise and coordinate all plumbing installation and maintenance activities on-site.
• Ensure that all plumbing works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority requirements.
• Manage a team of plumbers and helpers to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage efficiently and provide material list required for works.
• Report progress and site issues to the project engineer/site manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in plumbing works.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Availability to join immediately (preferred).
• Driving License Plus Point not mandatory.
