Foreman/Site Supervisor – Civil & Fit-Out Works

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in civil and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating manpower, and ensuring smooth project execution across multiple renovation sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities for carpenters, painters, masons, and other workers.

Plan daily work schedules and ensure all required materials are arranged in advance to avoid delays.

Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality finishing of all works.

Conduct regular site visits to oversee multiple projects and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Coordinate with the procurement and project teams to ensure proper material availability and site logistics.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and interior fit-out supervision in the UAE.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality finishing.

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

NOTE- G+1 certificate is preferred not required.
