Fit Out Supervisor

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee residential interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in home renovation, MEP, painting, joinery, and furnishings, along with excellent on-site coordination and quality control skills. The role demands a hands-on leader capable of managing multiple teams, recruiting workers, ensuring timely completion of works, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Key Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential interior and renovation projects. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all fit-out works including MEP, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, flooring, and soft furnishing installation. • Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy before execution. • Liaise with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow. • Ensure site progress matches project timelines and quality benchmarks. • Monitor manpower productivity and material usage at site. • Conduct quality checks for finishes, alignments, and color matching. • Manage snag lists and ensure final handover meets client satisfaction. • Enforce site safety rules and cleanliness at all times. • Report daily progress and highlight any technical or operational issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Interior / Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential fit-out or home renovation projects in UAE. • Strong technical understanding of MEP, painting, carpentry, and furnishing installations. • Excellent site coordination and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical details. • Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Excel, and email for daily reporting.
