Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-out (Dubai)

We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor (Interior Fit-out) to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, flooring, ceiling, and finishes.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, labors, and suppliers independently.
• Good communication & reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all interior fit-out works at site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, materials, and specifications.
• Update company project management app daily without delay with:
• Site progress & work status (with photos).
• Materials received & utilized.
• Attendance of workers & subcontractors.
• Any issues, delays, or variations.
• Monitor quality, safety, and site compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and designers.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
