Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage on-site interior fit-out projects. You will ensure work is done correctly, on time, and according to design plans.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of site supervision experience in the UAE in interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Can read and interpret drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A Driver's license is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site work and team members
• Check the quality of work and ensure it meets design and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors
• Keep track of progress, report issues, and solve problems on-site
• Maintain site documentation and records
