As a Plumbing Foreman at Probe Interiors, you hold a pivotal role in overseeing plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the integrity of plumbing systems across our projects. Here are your key responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise plumbing teams on-site, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of plumbing projects.

• Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan plumbing installations, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

• Material Procurement and Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of plumbing materials and equipment, and effectively manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.

• Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and drainage systems, ensuring proper assembly, alignment, and functionality. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to identify issues, perform repairs, and prevent potential failures or leaks.

• Quality Assurance: Enforce adherence to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards during all plumbing activities, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry best practices. Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify the integrity and performance of plumbing installations, addressing any deficiencies or deviations promptly.

• Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for plumbing teams, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. Provide training and guidance on safety practices and protocols to plumbing team members to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or injuries.

• Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication channels with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and progress updates related to plumbing activities, including work schedules, material usage, and project milestones.

• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or obstacles encountered during plumbing installations, employing effective problem-solving skills and fostering collaborative solutions.

• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship, addressing customer concerns or inquiries promptly, and maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
