<Responsibilities>
- Manage and supervise plumbing activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to guide installation and repair processes
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, HVAC specialists, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee pipe threading, welding, assembly, and remodeling tasks using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Lead heavy lifting operations safely using appropriate equipment and techniques for large pipe sections or fixtures
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates, progress reports, and incident logs
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of construction site operations
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components relevant to commercial plumbing projects
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning
- Familiarity with carpentry principles for remodeling or structural adjustments related to plumbing installations
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site travel or material transport
- Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling projects is a plus
