Plumbing Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion. This is a "working Project Manager" role, and will require running some service calls from time to time to define and discover project opportunities. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. As a key leader on our team, you will drive project success through effective planning, resource management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of plumbing construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and Viking staff to develop project plans
• Develop accurate construction estimates by utilizing skills in construction estimating and scheduling
• Manage project schedules utilizing Housecall Pro.
• Oversee procurement processes including contracts negotiation, material ordering, and subcontractor management
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, assist with project execution, and ensure quality control based on blueprint reading and schematics

Skills

• Knowledge of construction estimating techniques
• Ability in project scheduling and coordination
• Understanding of plumbing systems design and layout
• Willingness to get your hands dirty from time to time to make sure projects are completed.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and managing client expectations.
