Plumbing Service Dispatcher
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
Cockeysville, Maryland
$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
We’re a growing, women-owned and women-operated plumbing company looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher who knows the Baltimore area and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
What you’ll do

Schedule and route service calls for maximum efficiency
Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day
Adjust the board in real time as priorities shift
Deliver a five-star customer experience on every interaction

What we’re looking for
Plumbing or home-service dispatch experience required
Strong knowledge of Baltimore County & City geography

Experience with ServiceTitan (a major plus)
Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
A true team player who wants to grow with us
