Plumbing Service Technician

A well-established residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company in the Eugene/Albany area is growing and looking for a full-time Plumbing Service Technician to join their team. As the plumbing expert customers count on, you'll deliver dependable service and lasting solutions on residential calls. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer communication and professionalism — you're not just fixing pipes, you're building trust with homeowners.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

Compensation: $42.50/hour base pay + profit sharing. Total compensation typically ranges from $54–$61/hour. Top performers earn $120,000+ annually.

In compliance with Oregon pay equity law, the pay range for this position is $42.50–$61.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities


  • Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners about findings and options
  • Present service options and solutions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and service vehicle
  • Complete invoices and service documentation accurately
  • Maintain proper truck inventory levels
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development
  • Complete pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Oregon Journeyman Plumber license required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Must pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment
  • Residential plumbing service and repair experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service route
