Electrician and Plumber (or a Multi-Skilled Technician)

We are currently looking for skilled Electrician and Plumber (or a Multi-Skilled Technician) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in villas and fit-out projects
• Perform plumbing works including piping, drainage, and water supply systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs and maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Read and interpret technical drawings and site instructions
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Follow Dubai authority standards and site safety procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE or GCC (preferred)
• Experience in villa projects, maintenance, and fit-out works
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with safety standards and site practices
