PLUMBER FOREMAN

Job Title: Plumber Foreman (Construction Projects Only)

Job Summary:

The Plumber Foreman is responsible for supervising plumbing installation works on construction projects. This role is strictly for new installations and project-based work, not maintenance or repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage plumbing teams for new construction projects

* Execute installation of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and piping systems

* Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and plumbing schematics

* Plan daily site activities and assign tasks to plumbers and helpers

* Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines

* Coordinate with site engineers, civil teams, and other trades

* Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with standards

* Arrange and manage materials, tools, and manpower on site

* Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing of installed systems

* Maintain site safety and enforce safety procedures

* Prepare daily progress reports for management

Requirements:

* 3–5 years experience as Plumber Foreman in construction projects (mandatory)

* Strong knowledge of plumbing installation (not maintenance work)

* Ability to read and understand construction drawings

* Experience in high-rise, villa, or commercial projects preferred

* Good leadership and team management skills

* Knowledge of site safety standards
